Medical Referral Policy

Eating Free has a Medical Referral Policy because we care about you.

Coaching is designed to complement the work of healthcare providers that you may need or be receiving. It does not replace it.

If your health is at risk, we will encourage you to seek medical care immediately. The onus is then on you to access medical care.

Seeking Medical Support Without Shame

If the way you eat and the way you feel about your own body is causing you distress physically and/or mentally, please see a doctor or visit your nearest health facility immediately.

You have a right to seek medical support without fear or shame.
